Three of Wands
In Kabbalah, the Three is system, orderliness, and order. Wands are chances, probabilities, parameters, and structural connections.
Thus the Three of Wands is system, orderliness, and order of chances, probabilities, parameters, and structural connections. It may symbolize different standards for products, processes, and events.

The distinguishing feature of the Three of Wands is systematizing Chaos into Order.
The reversed Three of Wands is false ordering, such as a fake quality certificate that does not reflect reality.
