Zero of Cups
The cat came from the room and casually informed me that the Christmas tree had lost the whole garland, half the ornaments, consciousness, and had almost completely fallen over.
In Kabbalah, Zero is hidden, sleeping potential, or something small and insignificant. Cups are emotions, feelings, and memories.
Thus the Zero of Cups is sleeping potential of feelings, emotions, and memories, or something insignificant among memories and emotions. It may symbolize any sleeping living being.

A patient under anesthesia, an exhausted person who has passed out, or a stunned unconscious living being are also examples of the Zero of Cups.
The distinguishing feature of the Zero of Cups is absence of emotions and memories because of an insensitive state.
Absence of emotions, feelings, and memories:
- No feelings.
- No emotions.
